Matcha Ice cream

Preparation
- Heat the milk, whipped cream, sugar and salt in a pan until it is hot. Prevent the mixture form cooking.
- Take the pan from the heat and add the matcha. Stir until the matcha is fully dissolved.
- Put the mixture in the bowl and cool down to room temperature.
- After cooling down, cover the bowl with plastic and put in the fridge for 4 hours.
- After 4 hours take the bowl and mix it with a mixer until it is creamy.
- Put the mixture in a tray in the freezer for 4 or 6 hours.
- Once the ice cream has reached the desired thickness you can enjoy your first scoop of Matcha ice cream! Enjoy it!
