Preparation
-
First put matcha powder (sifted) into a cup and sugar.

Add 30 cc just cooked water to the cup and stir well and cool it down.

Whisk the matcha until dissolved.
- Foam and heat up the milk. Use a milk foamer to foam up the milk. Add the milk / soy milk to the cup.
- Then pour the matcha tea slowely into the milk.
