[Updated Jun 12] International Shipping - Partially resumed

Our thoughts go out to everyone around the world, affected by the spread of COVID-19.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the suspension of acceptance and delivery delays of EMS/AIR Small Packet by the Japan Post.

We have newly contracted with DHL/UPS, and this will enable us to make shipments to most countries across the world. Now delivery can be made to most countries within a month.
Unfortunately, DHL/UPS is costly compared to EMS/AIR Small Packet. We therefore had to make the following changes to shipping costs.

We have also confirmed that shipping can be made by EMS/AIR Small Packet without delay to some countries (like Taiwan, Thailand, Netherlands etc).
Also the shipping to US will be shipped from the FBA Center in US.

※Charge will be made in ¥(JPY)

For orders from applicable countries, the difference in shipping costs will be refunded after your order is processed. (Estimated refund of shipping cost...EMS:9$ / AIR small packet:15$ / FBA center in US:$10 ) Please check your email after making your order.

・Customs duties 
Please note that we do not bear expenses charged for customs duties. The delivery fees listed do not include customs duty fees. Custom duties may have to be paid upon receipt of the parcel, and fees will vary according to country. Please contact your local authority regarding the current customs duty fees in your country.
〇Most countries
・Foodstuff cannot be delivered. After processing your order, we make refunds for any foodstuff ordered.
〇Africa, South America, Middle East and some countries and regions.
There are numerous areas where delivery by DHL/UPS cannot be made. We may have to cancel your order after checking your order, and the updated delivery situation.


Finally let us take a moment to inform you on our current situation.

In Kakegawa-City where are factory, office and shops are located, there has been no COVID-19 patients in the last month. We will continue to take the following preventive measures amongst our staff and in our production lines.

Daily temperature check.
Wearing a mask and disinfecting hands before entering the office is mandatory.
Ventilation of the office.
Disinfecting public areas.

In addition, the opening of our Haneda Airport Store which was scheduled in April 2020, has been postponed due to the COVID-19 situation.

    My mom gets her Kukicha green tea from Saitama, but because of Covid-19, our family cannot send it to the USA; and i don’t speak Japanese, so I cannot order it for her. Can you please contact me, my mom has never been out of tea; finding it in the USA is difficult. She is 83 years old and very set in her ways.
