Preparation

  1. Heat the milk, whipped cream, sugar and salt in a pan until it is hot. Prevent the mixture form cooking. 

  2. Take the pan from the heat and add the matcha. Stir until the matcha is fully dissolved.

  3. Put the mixture in the bowl and cool down to room temperature. 

  4. After cooling down, cover the bowl with plastic and put in the fridge for 4 hours.

  5. After 4 hours take the bowl and mix it with a mixer until it is creamy.

  6. Put the mixture in a tray in the freezer for 4 or 6 hours.

  7. Once the ice cream has reached the desired thickness you can enjoy your first scoop of Matcha ice cream! Enjoy it!
