Preparation

  1. First put matcha powder (sifted) into a cup and sugar.

  2. Add 30 cc just cooked water to the cup and stir well and cool it down.

  3. Whisk the matcha until dissolved.

  4. Foam and heat up the milk. Use a milk foamer to foam up the milk. Add the milk / soy milk to the cup.

  5. Then pour the matcha tea slowely into the milk.
