By using a minimal drying process, it preserves the bright, freshly picked green notes, creating a freshly prepared tea.
Additionally, carefully retaining the twigs and fine tea particles produces a refined and well-balanced cup.
The twigs impart a gentle natural sweetness, while the fine particles add rich depth of flavor.
With the fresh aroma unique to the first flush, each sip offers a deep, full-bodied taste, allowing you to experience the tea leaves in their entirety—just as if it had come straight from the tea factory.

How to Serve for 3 Cups

Allow freshly boiled water to cool to 80°C (176°F).
Place 6 g (0.21 oz) of tea leaves into a Kyusu teapot, then add 240 ml (8 oz) of the cooled water.
Steep for 30 seconds, then pour evenly into cups, making sure to pour out every last drop.
