Shipping policy
Shipping
- Items will be shipped within 7 working days, excluding pre-ordered items and those currently out of stock.
- Shipping operations will be handled only on weekdays, excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays.
- We cannot accept requests for designated delivery dates for overseas shipments.
- Due to import regulations, shipping cannot be made to certain countries. (ex.Vietnam, Spain, etc.)

Certain shipping methods, such as AIR Small Packet, are not available for shipping to certain countries.
Shipping Address
- Please ensure that you enter your address in the Latin alphabet.
- We cannot ship items to addresses entered in characters other than the Latin alphabet. ( ex.Arabic, Hebrew, Korean, Thai, etc.)
- Always enter your full address. Please do not leave out or abbreviate your block number or apartment number, etc.

We may contact you regarding your delivery address. Shipping will be put on hold until confirmation is made.
Updating your Address
- If there is a change of address after your order has been confirmed, please contact us immediately.
- We cannot update your address after shipment.
- In case you need to update your address after shipment, please contact the postal service or carrier in your country directly.
Canceling your Order
- In case you need to cancel your order after it has been confirmed, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- We do not accept cancellation after shipment under any circumstances.
Changing your Order
- If you wish to change the item or quantity of your order, please contact us immediately with new details.
- We cannot accept changes in your order after shipment.
Receiving your Order
- Once shipment is completed, we will send your tracking number to your email address.
- If your item is not delivered, please check the tracking information and request redelivery to your carrier, or contact your carrier's customer support.
Customs Duties/VAT
- Your order may be subject to import duties/VAT upon delivery. Fees will vary according to countries and regions
- The recipient has an obligation to pay for customs duties/VAT. Kimikura Tea is not responsible for any problems that occur regarding the payment of customs duties/VAT.
- Custom duties/VAT are not included in the product price and delivery costs charged by our company.
- We do not accept requests to undervalue our products. "Under value" is when one declares products at a price lower than the retail price in order to be exempt from customs duties/VAT payments. This is considered a fraud, and if detected, you will be fined for tax evasion.
- We do not arrange shipments with gift labeling to the same address.
- When we are notified that your payment for customs duties is unsettled, we will not accept any orders in the future.

Registered Email Address
- An order confirmation mail and tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.
- Please make sure to register an email address that you frequently use.
- Please be careful of typing mistakes. We will not be responsible if items cannot be delivered due to typing mistakes.

If we are unable to get in touch with you via email, we may contact you via sms. Nevertheless, if we are unsuccessful in reaching you via sms, please note that we may cancel your order.
Your Account
- 1 account will be made for 1 email address.
- Please contact us if you wish to update your registered email address. We will update or combine your account accordingly.
Redeeming Coupons
- Currentlly, we do not issue coupons for first-time customers.
- Our 10% coupon can be used once per customer from your second purchase.
- When using the coupon, please check that the coupon code is correctly entered in the Discount Code field, and that the discount is applied to your total sum before finalizing your order.
- If we determine that our coupon is misused, we may cancel your order.
ex.1) Intentionally confirming 2 orders, then canceling the first order so that the coupon can be used.
ex.2) Creating more than one account in order to obtain a coupon.
Refunds, Return and Exchange Policies
- We do not accept requests for refunds, returns, or exchanges of items due to the customer’s circumstances, including preference of taste.
- If items sent from us are defective or damaged, or if we have sent you incorrect items, please contact us with a photo as evidence.
