How to serve for 2 cups
- Allow the boiled water to cool to 60–70°C (140–158°F).
- Place 5 g (0.17oz) of tea leaves into a kyusu teapot and add 60 ml (2oz) of the water from Step 1.
- Steep for 1 minute, then pour evenly into cups, making sure to pour out every last drop.
