1. Ohashiri
Tea made from the very first tea leaves picked in the first flush season. The small golden yellow buds of first flush tea offers fresh and splendid aroma, and refined and sweet Umami for you to enjoy.

How to Serve for 3 Cups

1. Allow freshly boiled water to cool to 80°C (176°F).
2. Place 6 g (0.21 oz) of tea leaves into a Kyusu teapot, then add 240 ml (8 oz) of the cooled water.
3. Steep for 30 seconds, then pour evenly into cups, making sure to pour out every last drop.
