Refund policy
- We do not accept requests for refunds, returns, or exchanges of items due to the customer’s circumstances, including preference of taste.

If items sent from us are defective or damaged, or if we have sent you incorrect items, please contact us with a photo as evidence.
Returns (if applicable)
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Please be advised that if a return is required for any reason, all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any other associated charges shall be borne by the customer. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your refund request has been approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@kimikuratea.com and provide clear photographs as evidence of the issue. Once the defect or damage has been reviewed and confirmed by our team, a replacement of the same item will be sent to you.
