Mr.Osamu Matsumoto is a tea farmer with over 400 years of history in Kawane-Honcho, one of Japan’s most renowned tea-growing regions.
The tea leaves are carefully hand-picked from tea fields at an elevation of 500 meters and slowly steamed in small batches, allowing the heat to reach each leaf evenly.
This careful process creates a full flavor with a gentle, refreshing sweetness that feels smooth and pleasant.
You can enjoy the clean and fresh taste of this Koshun cultivar, accompanied by a jasmine-like floral aroma and a long-lasting sweet finish. This tea is especially good when brewed cold.
