About this item

Tenryū is a premium tea-growing area known for its dramatic temperature differences and the morning and evening mists that envelop the fields.
These natural conditions help create high-quality Japanese tea.

Mr. Masataka Ohta is a highly respected tea farmer who has won many awards at tea competitions,
including honors from the Emperor of Japan and the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries.

This premium tea offers a gentle sweetness and rich umami with a soft, fresh green aroma, followed by a smooth, mellow taste and a clean, pleasant finish.

Experience the refined skills and flavor of a tea crafted with techniques and quality once presented to the Emperor of Japan.

ISSEN -Single Origin Selection

The ISSEN Selection features premium teas made by mountain tea farmers in Shizuoka, a region with mountains such as Mt. Fuji to the north and the sea to the south.
Cool mornings and evenings, along with limited sunlight, help create fragrant, high-quality mountain-grown teas.

These teas are produced in small quantities and are rarely available.
We invite you to enjoy and compare the delicate flavors of these special teas.
