How to make :
1.Place a teabag and pour boiling water (about 150ml/5oz).
2.After brewing about 2min, raise and lower the teabag over 10times to squeeze the component from the teabag sufficiently.
If the bitterness bothers you, you can add more hot water, milk, or sugar.
Methylated catechin remains in the body for 3-4hours after intake.
We recommend drinking 3 cups per day on separate occasions.
